Uran! Isn't that a type of Maharashtrian Dish?
That is the first thing that came into my mind when my friend told me to be ready to go there this weekend!
We decided to leave by 10 from Vikhroli but boys will be boys and they came at 11am!

Anyways! the ride till Uran is pretty great! After steering through the city's hustle bustle we entered the native serenity!!
It was an hour long drive and we did a few stops in between. Once to go to McDonald but unfortunately it was shut down for maintenance and second stop was near a small pond where we just loitered around and reminisced the good old days of trying to skip stones in water.
We then went back on track an off to Uran.
I realized that JNPT (Jawaharlal Nehru Port) was nearby...lolz!! I know its nothing interesting but being my digital department's client I was happy to realize where exactly it was....hahahaha

We reached ...or we survived to reach..ahaha!
the road to the beach was sooooo narrow. OMG. and if any toher car came by unfortunately. you are totally suck!
So when we reached there it was quite, calm & really windy! There were rooms where you could stay for a day or two!
Everything was pretty neat!!!
We noticed that it was high tide and so we couldn't go down for a walk along the water. After looking at scenery a bit, we immediately sat for a quick bite! which took a lot of time, but it was pretty great! Especially the Prawns & i dont even like prawns but i gobbled it up!! Chicken was good too.
We then decided to play box cricket.
And boy do i suck at it!
I always knew i suck at cricket! but OMG so embarrassing! ahaha! But we did have our fun at playing it!! hehehe
Then finally we had our lunch which was OK.
And then we played MAFIA! It was a really fun game!
It is a group role playing game of strategy and the ability to spot a fraud. Very cool game! the more the players the difficult it is!

Finally it was low tide and we decided to click pics on an abandoned boat & then on the Boat! Had fun clicking pics...trying cool tricks of photography!
And the day finally ended with tea & coffee
Back on the road we went....Back to Reality!
Was really fun wit you guys!! Loved every bit of it! (except for the part where i sucked hard in cricket But oh well! ahaha!
